Here is the card I created:
I rotated the sketch. Since I made a Christmas card, I kept it to one layer, so it is easier to post!
I stamped the label frame first, then created a mask for it. I stamped the nordic border over the top and then removed the mask.

Stamps: Nordic Winter, Labels 4 - Waltzingmouse Stamps
Ink: Scarlet - VersaColor
