Papertrey Ink 5th Anniversary - Day 10

Today's challenge is to create an interactive card.  Here is what I came up with:

I created a tear away strip on my card.  Underneath the strip is "Happy Birthday".  I created the perforations using an EK success perforation tool.  I guided it using the grooves on my Scor-Pal.  In the picture, you can see the 'Happy Birthday' part of the card, before I stuck on the panel with the tear-away strip.
The cardstock looks black in the picture, but it is navy in real life.
