PTI 7th Anniversary Day 2

Today's challenge for the Papertrey Ink Anniversary celebration is to create a new project using the free printable.  I used the design from Betsy Veldman to create this card:

I cut out the centre of the oval using my Silhouette Portrait (using the print and cut feature).
