Stitched Notebook

I bought a few plain notebooks from my local $2 shop and jazzed them up with some stitching.  This one uses the Bicycle stitch die from Papertrey Ink:

    This is beautiful!! How did you make you holes with the die? Did you run the entire notebook through the press?
